Our Story
CODE_n was founded with the vision of promoting innovation in the Stuttgart region. CODE_n began as a small initiative and has grown with the region's thriving entrepreneurial scene. As we expanded, so did our premises and services. Today, we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner for companies seeking flexible workspaces, event venues and community connections tailored to the unique needs of the modern workplace.

Your Profile
• Apprenticeship in hotel/catering or studies in business administration/tourism/event management/etc., initial commercial experience desirable
• Strong initiative, organisational talent and an eye for detail
• High level of commitment, dedication and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Professional Windows and MS Office skills
• Experience with a CRM system, preferably HubSpot
• Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English
Your tasks
Location Management

• Responsibility for the daily operations in the CODE_n Spaces
• Coordination and project management of the expansion of the CODE_n Spaces
• Coordination and handling of renovation, restoration, modernization, and construction projects with building management/facility management (interface)
• Conceptual further development of the CODE_n Spaces
• Coordination and quality control of service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers
• Main point of contact for all service providers, craftsmen, technicians, and suppliers
• Locking system and key management
• Supervision and management of office, workshop, and meeting rooms
• Inventory management
Community Management
• Technical and organizational management of the start-up community (Residents)
•Main point of contact as first and second-level support for all residents regarding organizational and technical issues
• Supervision, consulting, and guidance for prospects (start-ups, corporates, events, international guests) through the CODE_n Spaces
• On-/Offboarding, room preparation, and provision of necessary equipment upon move-in
Project and Event Management
• Support in processing internal and external inquiries
• Assistance in preparing offers/contracts and cost estimation
• Supervision and consultation for internal and external clients
• Technical and organizational support before, during, and after events
• Coordination, planning, and procurement of personnel, material planning, external assignments, and service providers
• Support in organizational and technical setup planning and implementation
• Billing and controlling
• Participant management and guest support
• Service during events
General Secretariat Tasks
• Debtors and creditors management: invoice receipt, issuance, and dunning
• Invoice verification
• Operational interface to tax consulting, including payroll accounting
• Leadership and coordination of administrative tasks
• Purchasing: research, ordering, handling of consumables and new acquisitions
• Incoming and outgoing mail for CODE_n and residents
• Management of the telephone switchboard and general mailboxes
