How can I book Event & Workshop Spaces?
The Spaces can be requested directly via the website without obligation (book a Space). It is also possible to book a consultation appointment in advance.
What payment options are available at Event & Workshop Spaces?
Payment is made by invoice after the event. Payment on site in cash, by debit or credit card is not possible.
What are the regular opening hours for bookings of Event & Workshop Spaces?
For these Spaces we are regularly open from 9:00 - 18:00. During this time, there is always staff on site to take care of your booking. Bookings outside the regular opening hours are possible, but will incur an additional fee.
What if participants of events outside the booking need a workspace?
We have a co-working space in which a flex desk can be used for such cases, depending on the duration. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for this if necessary.
Are catering options available?
Yes, together with our partners we offer high-quality catering tailored to your event and the needs of your guests.
Can I book technical equipment for my event?
Yes, we provide state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, microphones, and other technical equipment to perfectly support your event. All included in the price.
How good are the public transportation connections? Are there parking spaces?
The “Schelmenwasen” stop on the U6 line is directly in front of the building. Free parking is available on the street. If you require additional parking, we can arrange this on an individual basis.
What additional services can be booked?
We are happy to help you organize extras (e.g. cocktail bar, moderation, photo and video accompaniment). These services can be booked through us by arrangement.
What is included in the price of the office space?
Our office spaces include high-quality equipment, fast internet, electricity, cleaning, access to common areas and flexible rental options. We offer an all-round service package tailored to your needs.
Can I customize or redesign my office space?
Yes, we offer the option to customize your office space to create a productive and inspiring work environment.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period varies depending on the office space and individual requirements - usually between 6 and 12 months. Please contact us to find out more about the options available.
Do you also offer meeting rooms?
Yes, you have access to modern meeting and conference rooms that you can book as required. A contingent is included if you have rented an office.
